On Tuesday, April 30, tourist trips by electric train from Saratov to Rtishchevo and Atkarsk will take place. From Saratov-1 station, commuter train No. 6061 Saratov-1 – Balashov will depart at 8:44. At 10:14 he will arrive in Atkarsk, and at 11:58 – in Rtishchevo. Depending on the city chosen, passengers will take part in one of two excursion programs.
In Atkarsk, there is a walk around the city, visiting the churches of Peter and Paul, Archangel Michael, the buildings of the oldest cinema, the city administration and the central library. The group will return back to Saratov on commuter train No. 6434, which will depart from Atkarsk at 14:54 and arrive at Saratov-1 station at 17:22.
In Rtishchevo there is a walk around the city, inspection of the railway station, a locomotive-monument, a water tower, as well as a visit to the cathedral church in the name of Alexander Nevsky and the Square of Memory and Glory. The group will return back to Saratov on commuter train No. 6062, which will depart from Rtishchevo at 16:10 and arrive at Saratov-1 station at 19:37.
