The press tour “Journey to Science. Chechnya” took place in the Chechen Republic

Scientists of the region showed representatives of the media and public opinion leaders the carbon testing site of the Chechen State University named after A.A. Kadyrov (CSU named after A. A. Kadyrov), and also talked about the work of meteorological stations.
Each route was created under the guidance of scientists in such a way that tourists could feel like full-fledged participants in research and were personally convinced of the limitless possibilities of modern domestic science.
In the Chechen Republic, science is actively developing, in particular, thanks to the “Science and Universities” national project. Universities in the region participate in the Priority 2030 strategic academic leadership program. Thus, Chechen State University named after A.A. Kadyrova is the recipient of the basic part of the grant for the development of the university.
During the press tour, participants were shown the WayCarbon carbon testing site at ChSU. A. A. Kadyrova. Here, scientists showed the media meteorological stations, systems for measuring greenhouse gases in the atmosphere, and also shared unique information regarding regenerative animal husbandry.
At the Carbon Engineering Center of ChSU named after. A. A. Kadyrov, guests were given the opportunity to visit agro-biotechnological laboratories previously closed to the general public. Scientists showed ways to conduct research on genetic modification of plants, as well as the possibility of cloning and growing trees from test tubes.
