In the Ivanovo district, the main house of the Krechetnikov estate will be restored. The corresponding permission was given by the Ivanovo Region Committee for the Protection of Cultural Heritage Objects (OCN). The department reported this on Vkontakte on Thursday, April 25.

“The committee issued permission to carry out work to preserve an architectural monument of federal significance: repairs of the facades, basement, windows and doors are announced,” the statement says.

The work will be carried out by Ivanovrestoration.

Pyotr Krechetnikov – Major General, since 1775 he lived in the village of Bogorodskoye, Ivanovo region. With his funds, the Assumption Church was built in the village, and a manor complex with a main house, stables, a park and a pond was founded.

Later, the large Ivanovo-Voznesensk manufacturer Nikolai Zubkov became the owner of the estate. Already under him, the main house acquired the appearance that has been preserved to us.

Izvestno.ru wrote that the OKN Protection Committee issued permission to repair the roof of the House_Ship in Ivanovo. It will have a new roof by October.
