The Kirov administration will introduce a new position without increasing staff

At the plenary meeting of the Kirov City Duma, deputies supported changes in the structure city ​​administration.

Its head is Vyacheslav Simakov proposed introducing the position of business manager, while abolishing the position of deputy head of administration for management of the apparatus.

According to Simakov, this will optimize the work of the city government.

“The manager will oversee office management issues, the citizen appeals department, municipal government agencies, and the personnel service,” explained the city manager.

“The changes will not entail an increase in staffing levels. as well as the wage fund,” summed up Simakov.

The people’s representatives supported the proposal of the head of the administration.
