A family cafe is up for sale in the Newton microdistrict Fantastica: the establishment is being sold as a ready-made business with all operating equipment at a price of 1.85 million rubles. The cafe opened its doors to guests recently, in October last year. Visitors are offered a variety of breakfasts, desserts and simple home-cooked dishes, including business lunches. The menu also includes a modest assortment of beer and snacks to accompany the foamy drink. The establishment also organizes its own food delivery.
The seller explained that he is one of several co-investors, but now effectively runs the business alone.
It’s not profitable. The partners who were supposed to work are not working, so the decision was made to close the project,” he said.
As CHEL.DK.RU previously reported, less than a year after the opening, a bar in a historic building near the central city park was put up for sale: for a gastrobar “Park 129” Together with the real estate, the owners expected to receive 27.5 million rubles.
