On April 24, the governor of the Ryazan region, Pavel Malkov, during a live broadcast with residents of the region, commented on the work on the improvement of municipalities, in particular, the city of Ryazan. The governor read out several complaints in which Ryazan residents drew attention to the need to clear garbage from streets and public spaces, tidy up the Central Park of Culture and Recreation, container sites in residential areas, as well as greening the city. Pavel Malkov noted that during his walks he himself sees shortcomings in the improvement of Ryazan, the problems that the townspeople identify are fair.

The head of the region said that he would draw the attention of the Ryazan administration to intensifying plans for landscaping the city and the need to include planting trees and shrubs in addition to flowers.

“We practically defeated the dry trees, but left nothing in their place.” For a city to become cozy, we need green trees, shrubs, a lawn, we need constant systematic work in this direction and on improvement in general. I instructed the administration to prepare proposals on this topic,” said Pavel Malkov. “I myself will happily plant several trees; I enjoy this work.”

The governor also emphasized that the Ryazan administration, management companies and responsible departments have been instructed to address the issue of maintaining container sites in proper condition.

Pavel Malkov, speaking about the improvement of Ryazan, said that there are positive changes in a number of areas, for example, he noted a decrease in the number of requests regarding street lighting.

— We are working in all directions. The Central Park of Culture and Culture requires very serious investments. We will gradually put it in order, this is one of the elements of the Great Walking Route. This park is participating in voting for improvement facilities under the “Formation of a Comfortable Urban Environment” program, I cast my vote for it,” the governor emphasized.

He clarified that the road and path network and the amphitheater will be repaired at the Central Park of Culture and Culture. The recreation area will be expanded due to the surrounding area adjacent to the Ryuminsky pond. Thus, the Sorrow Memorial, the alley and the coastline that leads to the pond and the Central Park of Culture and Culture will be landscaped.

In addition, the governor spoke about the work currently being carried out on the territory of the Ryazan Kremlin. The access roads, square, and internal paths will be paved with new tiles, the embankment area is being repaired, and most of the fence there has been restored.

“We restore it right away so that it will last for many, many decades.” The fence there previously did not have a foundation, but now we are making one, and we are making it for centuries,” he said.

The head of the region noted that further plans for the improvement of Ryazan should, if necessary, take into account the creation of areas for walking dogs. This year they will appear in the Novopavlovskaya Grove, in the park named after Marshal Biryuzov, in the Forest Park and at the Cherezovsky Ponds. The work will be carried out under the federal project “Formation of a comfortable urban environment.” The governor appealed to the city administration with a request to consider Chkalova Street, where residents are asking to create such a place for walking with their pets.
