Traffic police officers in Ivanovo, using a video that went viral on social networks, found two women who grossly violated the traffic rules. The press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Ivanovo region spoke about this.
While monitoring social networks, traffic police saw a video of a red car, from which a passenger was leaning out waist-deep and screaming something. Traffic police officers detained the 22-year-old owner of a Volkswagen Golf. Last April, she had her driver’s license revoked for refusing to take an alcohol test.
Police discovered that her 20-year-old sister was driving during the trip captured on video. She drove the car without having a driver’s license at all. For this, traffic inspectors drew up an administrative protocol against the girl. And also for transporting people outside the vehicle cabin.
The owner of the Volkswagen will, by a court decision, spend 100 hours doing compulsory work. In addition, the older sister will answer for several administrative items. Among them are driving a car by a driver who has been deprived of his license; lack of compulsory motor liability insurance policy; glass tinting that does not meet standards.
