Cadastral works will affect 2045 real estate objects
In Kurgan, comprehensive cadastral work will be carried out in relation to five cadastral blocks, which will affect 2045 real estate properties located in gardening and horticultural partnerships of the city.
As part of comprehensive cadastral work, the boundaries of a large number of land plots and capital construction projects located on them will be clarified, previously registered plots will be identified and registered, and registration errors will be corrected, the regional Office of Rosreestr said. At the same time, citizens will not have to pay for land surveying; all activities are organized at the expense of the local budget.
This year, comprehensive cadastral work will take place on the territory of the gardening partnerships “Nadezhda”, “Meliorator”, and the gardening partnerships “Kamchikha”, “Vodnik”, “Prudy” Gorpromtorg.
The customer of the work is the Department of Architecture, Construction and Land Relations of the Kurgan City Administration, and the contractor is LLC ZD “Cadastr” Ufa.
“Complex cadastral work is a large-scale process. Work is carried out simultaneously in relation to all areas located in a specific territory. As a result, a single plan map is drawn up: it displays updated information about land plots, buildings, structures, unfinished construction projects, then the information is entered into the Unified State Register of Real Estate“, emphasized the head of the Rosreestr Office for the Kurgan Region, Alexander Cherednichenko.
Carrying out complex cadastral works is carried out within the framework of the state program “National Spatial Data System“, the result of which will be the creation of a unified digital spatial data platform and a unified electronic cartographic basis, which will include information about all real estate objects in the country.
