In the Bryansk region, they are thinking about building a plant for the production of painkillers. Governor Alexander Bogomaz stated this.
It is noted that this opportunity arose thanks to the implementation of a poppy cultivation project. It was launched in the region in 2022.
At the same time, 500 hectares were sown with poppy seeds. In 2023, the area increased to two thousand hectares.
