There was an accident with a casualty on 1st Posadskaya Street in Orel

On April 24, a traffic accident occurred in Orel involving Lada Granta and Kio Rio cars.

The traffic accident occurred at 10:30 p.m. at the unregulated intersection of 1st Posadskaya and Gagarin streets, the regional traffic police department reported.

The 27-year-old Lada driver was driving along 1st Posadskaya in the direction of st. Gagarin and at the intersection did not give way and crashed into a foreign car driving along the main road.

As a result of the incident, a 22-year-old passenger in the Lada was injured. He was taken to the Oryol Regional Clinical Hospital and required one-time medical assistance.
