Mobile application “Government services. Dom” began to be used by more than 115 thousand residents of the Southern Urals and more than four million people throughout Russia. And the number of applications through it exceeded 1.2 million. Vecherka learned from the regional government which functions are especially popular and which ones will appear very soon.
Most of all, apartment owners liked the ability to transfer readings and pay for utilities from their phone. Also, 200 thousand high-rise buildings began to use community chats.
“In April, when many management organizations began holding building-wide meetings of owners in an online format, the voting section also became popular,” noted the Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Russia Konstantin Mikhailik.
More than seven thousand online meetings have already been organized within the framework of the Owner’s Day project alone.
Interesting opportunities will soon appear based on applications: owners will be able to submit them collectively and propose them to neighbors for approval if the issue is relevant for the entire house. This will also help management companies: instead of a bunch of similar requests, they will receive one.
If the management company does not respond to applications, owners can send a complaint to the State Housing Property Inspectorate through the application. The database also contains information about the timing of major repairs and reports from the management company on expenses. The application is being developed with the support of the federal Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Digital Development.
Until June 13, many scheduled general meetings will be held in Chelyabinsk. Through the application you can find out if your high-rise building has one.
