Entrepreneur from Kopeisk (Chelyabinsk region) Maxim Luzgin Having learned about the trouble in the Kurgan region, he prepared equipment, a car, a boat and went to the rescue. Thanks to his technical capabilities, he reached the most inaccessible places that an ordinary rubber boat could not reach.

Dozens of caring people, like Maxim, save animals every day: they treat, feed, look for owners, and if they don’t find them, they distribute them to shelters and places for temporary foster care.

Thanks to the help of volunteers, Elena, a resident of the Dolphin SNT, was reunited with her pets. She urgently evacuated with her neighbors on the 15th, when the water had not yet reached her house, she thought that she would pick up her dogs in the evening, but did not have time. The pets are now safe with their owner.
