A patient who escaped from a mental hospital was caught in Nizhny Novgorod

In the Prioksky district of Nizhny Novgorod, Russian Guards found a missing patient of a psychoneurological hospital. This was reported by the press service of the Russian Guard of Nizhny Novgorod.

The Russian Guard received information that a patient had escaped from a psychoneurological hospital. During the search activities, employees of the Russian Guard received an alarm signal from a guarded gas station. A representative of the gas station security service approached the National Guard who arrived at the indicated address and said that there was an unknown person on the premises with signs of inappropriate behavior.

The man matched the description of the wanted patient. Law enforcement officers established that the 61-year-old man is the patient who escaped the day before. The man was handed over to the police for further investigation.
