At a meeting of the Ryazan City Duma, deputies approved a number of changes to the rules of land use and city development.

On Lagernaya Street, an amendment was made to the PZZ in terms of changing the functional zoning from a business, public and commercial zone to a development zone with multi-storey residential buildings. Previously, corresponding changes were made to the General Plan of the city.

The area in the area of ​​the 192nd kilometer of the M5 Ural highway on the Southern Circular Road was transferred from a special-purpose landscaping zone to a solid waste landfill reclamation zone. Previously, the corresponding changes to the General Plan of the city were also considered.

Regarding the areas on Shabulina Passage, no. 3 and no. 3, building 10, the functional zones have been changed – from the zone of the floodplain landscape of the Oka and Trubezh rivers to the zone of industrial enterprises and municipal warehouse organizations.

Seven plots at the address: Golenchino district, block 13 were transferred from a special-purpose landscaping zone, a zone of other transport infrastructure facilities, to a zone of forest parks, urban forests, and recreation areas.
