Fraudsters acting on behalf of the Speaker of the Saratov City Duma

The scammers turned their attention to the speaker of the Saratov City Duma, Sergei Ovsyannikov. He reported this on his Telegram channel.

“They use a fake account with my photo, first and last name“, he wrote.

Scammers inform residents of Saratov via instant messengers that they need to expect a call from a certain “curator” who, during a conversation, misleads people in order to fraudulently obtain funds.

Note that this is not the first time that cybercriminals pose as Saratov officials or deputies. For now, the head of Saratov, Lada Mokrousova, is in the lead, on whose behalf the swindlers wrote five times.
