An unauthorized non-stationary retail facility – a kiosk near house No. 190 on Rodionova Street with an area of ​​10 square meters. m was dismantled in the Nizhny Novgorod district of Nizhny Novgorod. This was reported to the district administration.

According to the head of the administration of the Nizhny Novgorod region, Alexei Rybolovlev, employees of the district administration during the next raid established that the object was located illegally – without legal grounds.

“In order to suppress illegal trading activities in the Nizhny Novgorod region, raids to identify them are carried out regularly, and monitoring of the availability of the necessary documents for the owners of NTOs is mandatory. The owner of this kiosk did not have a permit to trade. In this regard, work was organized to dismantle and move the facility to a specialized parking lot,” the head of the district said.

The owner can receive the dismantled object at the address: st. Burnakovskaya, 8. To do this, he needs to provide the appropriate application and documents for the object and the property located in it at the address: st. Piskunova, 1, floor 4, office. 55. In addition, the owner will have to pay for services for moving and storing the dismantled object.
