Activists and supporters of United Russia on an ongoing basis implement many party projects taking into account the people’s program, including those aimed at the patriotic education of youth and society as a whole. This is the “Historical Memory” project, under the auspices of which an international large-scale test for knowledge of the history of the Great Patriotic War is traditionally carried out.

In view of this, the head of the United Russia Volunteer Center in the city of Tver, Dmitry Ter-Matevosov, on the basis of the Public Support Headquarters of the Tver Region, held a meeting with activists of the Young Guard, Volunteer Company and other public organizations in order to discuss the implementation of the “Victory Dictation” , which will take place this Friday, April 26th.

United Russia, together with other partner departments, is holding the Victory Dictation for the sixth time. Participants in the historical event will have to answer 25 questions: 20 on general military-historical topics and 5 on regional ones.

“The dictation questions will be translated into five languages, and platforms will be opened not only in all Russian regions, but also outside our country. This suggests that interest in history is growing. By knowing the past, you can avoid repeating mistakes in the future. For us, as for modern youth, we want to be involved in such a large-scale event. We will take the preparation of the Dictation with full responsibility,” commented Roman Khan, an activist of the Young Guard of United Russia.
