“Time of Heroes” is a development program for participants in a special military operation. It is being implemented on behalf of the President by the RANEPA Higher School of Public Administration on the basis of the Senezh Management Workshop. The first participants in the project have already been tested.
Alexander, a participant in the selection for the Time of Heroes Program, decided to take this step in order to continue serving his country, despite his injury. He would like to work to develop the aircraft industry.
All our soldiers are heroes. They are fulfilling their duty, protecting their multinational country, the future of our children. I believe that they can not only be excellent warriors, but also bring something into peaceful life, serve for the benefit of the development of our Motherland,

Selection participant Kirill believes that using the experience of military personnel is a logical step to strengthen government bodies. In his opinion, working with personnel reveals the managerial potential of each officer:
Since we have a multinational country, people of different nationalities and different religions come to our service. And here the commander plays a big role. It is necessary to set the task so that subordinates complete it, especially in combat situations; motivate your subordinate so that he trusts you and follows your orders unquestioningly.
Selection participant Eduard expressed confidence that his personal qualities will allow him to fulfill the tasks set by the country’s leadership:
This is a very correct initiative on the part of the president. To govern the country, it is necessary to attract those people for whom the country is important, for whom the defense of the Motherland and Fatherland is not an empty phrase. I am not indifferent to what will happen in the country next. My daughter is nine years old and I want her to live in a happy country.
The goal of the Program is to prepare highly qualified, competent managers from among the SBO participants for subsequent work in state and municipal authorities, as well as in state-owned companies. The program involves training in modern management methods and technologies, teamwork, and personal development. The project methodology is objective and determines management potential, excluding the human factor of the assessor. Participants in the Leaders of Russia competition have been taking such tests for 7 years now. At the next stage, the fighters will receive training. Participants in the selection for the Time of Heroes Program who were unable to pass the test while performing combat missions, but are ready to pass the selection while on vacation, can do this in the branches of the Presidential Academy. Permanent remote assessment points for selection participants begin operating there. Information about the addresses of assessment points and the procedure for registering for a set of assessment procedures is available to participants in their personal accounts on the website vremyaheroev.rf. Participants can choose a convenient date, time and branch of the Presidential Academy to take the tests. Starting April 22, registration for testing at assessment points in Rostov-on-Don and Simferopol is being conducted. On May 15, points will be added in 43 more cities.
4 people from the Kaluga region have already been selected and are starting training.
After training, they will be able to enter the public service, head enterprises, and become mentors for the younger generation. Using all their experience, they will work for the creation and development of the country and the region,
