The opening of the park season will take place in Nizhny Novgorod on May 1, the city department of culture reported.
On this day, from 14:00 to 22:00, guests of the Switzerland park will enjoy a concert program; from 12:00 to 16:00 there will be excursions, games for children, master classes, etc. (0+)
In the Svetloyarsky and Stankozavod parks, concert and animation programs will be held from 12:00 to 15:00 (0+).
It was noted at the MAUC “Directorate of Parks and Public Gardens of Nizhny Novgorod”; events in the parks start with quizzes. In Stankozavod Park you can attend workshops on DJing and drumming, Zumba and string bag weaving, and in Svetloyarsky Park you can try your hand at balance boards.
“The park season is the time when the largest number of events take place in public spaces,” the city directorate of parks and public gardens clarified.
