Employees of the Office of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia in the Chechen Republic, on the basis of court decisions, expelled ten natives of the Republic of Tajikistan for violating migration legislation. This was reported by the press service of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Chechen Republic.

“Foreign citizens lived for a long time on the territory of the Chechen Republic without registration, thereby violating the regime of stay on the territory of the Russian Federation. Illegal immigrants were identified by law enforcement officers during planned raids on the territory of the Chechen Republic. The court found the detainees guilty of committing administrative offenses under Part 1.1 of Article 18.8 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, and issued a deportation order against each of them from the Russian Federation,” the source said.

In addition, on the basis of court decisions, Chechen bailiffs initiated enforcement proceedings against foreign citizens who were illegally staying on the territory of the Russian Federation.

“After preparing the necessary documents, bailiffs to ensure the established procedure for the activities of the courts of the Office of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia in the Chechen Republic delivered the foreign violators to Moscow Vnukovo airport. From here, violators of migration laws were sent back to their homeland. According to the law, entry into Russian territory for expelled violators is prohibited for the next five years,” the press service noted.
