A modern, balanced city block will appear in the Danilovsky district, not far from the Paveletskaya metro station. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin announced this on his Telegram channel.
“Another modern, balanced city block will appear in the Danilovsky district. Comprehensive development awaits the area between Derbenevskaya embankment, Letnikovskaya and Kozhevnicheskaya streets – not far from the Paveletskaya metro station and Paveletsky station,” the mayor said.
In addition to housing, the quarter will contain social and public-business facilities, including an educational complex with a school and kindergarten, an innovative educational college, a hotel with a sports and recreation complex, offices, bank branches, shops, cafes and restaurants.
The site will be landscaped, and specialists will carry out work to update the road network.
In Moscow, 77 projects for integrated development of territories have been approved and are under implementation; as a result, over 196 thousand jobs will be created.
