First Deputy Head of the Administration of the Head and Government of the Chechen Republic – Minister of the Chechen Republic Khadija Kadyrova called on residents of the region to be vigilant to unexpected surprises of nature due to rising temperatures.

“As we all know, summer is a great time for active recreation and interesting pastime, but at this time of year we must be as vigilant as possible and prepared for any unexpected surprises of nature. In particular, we are now talking about increasing cases of snakes appearing near public places and institutions. Experts attribute this behavior of reptiles to rising temperatures. And due to the fact that the summer period is just beginning and we are faced with abnormal heat, which can cause unusual behavior in some living beings, I have instructed the heads of relevant ministries and departments to carry out preventive work with employees, teachers and students on the basics of technology safety and rules of conduct in extreme situations,” she wrote in her Telegram channel.

Khadija Kadyrova noted that it is knowledge of the basic rules of behavior and action in critical situations that helps to avoid panic and make the right decisions.

“All medical workers in general education and preschool educational institutions must be at their workplaces and perform their functional duties. Concern for safety is important at any time of the year, especially when it comes to the life and health of children! Therefore, I urge everyone to exercise maximum vigilance and caution!” she emphasized.
