In the 4th quarter of 2024, as part of the federal project “Sport is the norm of life,” a sports and recreation center with a universal games room and a swimming pool will be opened in the village of Skuratovsky.
Also this year it is planned to: begin the construction of sports and recreation centers in the city of Aleksin and the village of Arsenyevo, carry out major repairs of the Resurs stadium in Bogoroditsk, the building of the municipal budgetary institution “DSK” in Donskoy and the building of the ski lodge in Novomoskovsk.
In the Tula region, more than 816 thousand people regularly go in for sports. This is 3rd place in the Central Federal District and 8th in Russia.
Since the beginning of last year, 2 sports and recreation complexes have opened in the region in Yasnogorsk and Kurkino, a football and track and field arena was built in Tula, 3 GTO grounds were equipped in the Kireevsky, Kamensky and Zaoksky districts, a sports ground in the village of Volovo, swimming pools in Efremov and Aleksin were renovated. martial arts hall in the village of Revyakino.
