In Ryazan, a criminal investigation has been completed against a former employee of one of the district bailiff offices of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia in the Ryazan region, accused of fraud committed by a person using his official position (Part 3 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). This was reported by the press service of the regional Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee.
The investigation established that in 2023, the accused, holding a leadership position in one of the district bailiff departments and taking advantage of the fact that she had a trusting relationship with the debtor in the enforcement proceedings, fraudulently received from the latter more than 100 thousand rubles, allegedly for providing assistance in lifting the ban on performing registration actions with a vehicle. Moreover, in reality, the accused did not plan to help, since making such decisions was not within her competence.
The accused disposed of the funds received at her own discretion.
During the investigation, the accused pleaded guilty and paid full compensation for the damage caused.
The criminal case has been sent to court.
