12 men who recently received Russian citizenship were registered with the military in Ryazan

Another raid took place in Ryazan, during which citizens who had recently acquired Russian citizenship were informed of the obligation to register for military service. The raid was carried out by employees of the military investigative department of the Russian Investigative Committee for the Ryazan garrison together with employees of the military commissariat of the Ryazan region and in cooperation with territorial law enforcement agencies. Traditionally, employees visited the 5th wholesale base of Ryazan, construction sites, and retail outlets. Here, 36 foreign and naturalized citizens were checked, 12 of whom were registered with the military. 4 foreign citizens expressed a desire to enter into a contract for military service in the RF Armed Forces.

Since the end of 2023, more than 1,000 naturalized citizens have been registered with the military.
