In Ryazan, a former employee of the bailiff service is accused of fraud. The regional investigator reported this on Thursday, April 25.
It was established that in 2023, the accused, holding a leadership position in one of the district bailiff departments, established a trusting relationship with the debtor in enforcement proceedings and fraudulently received from her more than 100 thousand rubles, allegedly for lifting the ban on vehicle registration. In reality, the woman did not have the authority to take such actions. The ex-bailiff used the money at her own discretion.
The accused admitted guilt and compensated for the damage caused.
Criminal case under Part 3 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (fraud committed by a person using his official position) was sent to the court for consideration on the merits.
