As BryanskToday reports, in Russia, on behalf of the president, the “Time of Heroes” personnel program was launched.
It will help prepare highly qualified and competent leaders from among the SBO participants. It is being implemented by analogy with another – “Leaders of Russia”.
At the first stage, everyone was tested, and then they will have to undergo training. Registration for testing is already underway in Rostov-on-Don and Simferopol. In mid-May, such a point will open in the regional center. The opportunity to access the “Time of Heroes” Program will be provided to all participants of the SVO.

Alexander, a participant in the selection for the “Time of Heroes” program, said that he would like to work on the development of the aircraft manufacturing industry, emphasizing that he understands this, because all his life he communicates with people who are close to this area.
“I would like to work on developing the industry so that as a result we create our own new beautiful aircraft for our pilots to fly,” he said.
