According to the SHOT telegram channel, the head of Olimpsitistroy was sent to a pre-trial detention center for giving a bribe. He is suspected of complicity in the machinations of an organized group associated with the construction of various subordinate facilities.

At the same time, back in 2021, Fomin received the award “For Services to the Fatherland”, II degree. It was awarded to the person involved by Timur Ivanov himself for the construction of multifunctional medical centers of the Ministry of Defense for patients with COVID-19.
