In the municipal districts of the Saratov region, the heating period of 2023-2024 ended on April 15, Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services Alexander Myshev said on April 25 at a meeting of the regional government.
“In general, the heating period proceeded as usual. A number of accidents occurred on T Plus networks, for example, on Kupriyanova Street, networks from CHPP-3“- said Myshev.
In 2023, work was completed on the reconstruction, technical re-equipment and modernization of boiler houses and heating networks and the transfer of socially significant facilities to individual heat sources in Alexandrovo-Gaisky, Atkarsky, Balashovsky, Kalininsky, Ershovsky, Krasnokutsky, Krasnopartizansky, Lysogorsky, Marksovsky, Novoburassky and Pugachevsky areas.
As part of the implementation of the State program of the region “Increasing energy efficiency and energy saving in the Saratov region”, in 2024 it is planned to modernize 11 municipal social facilities in 10 municipal districts using extra-budgetary funds and funds from the regional budget.
“PJSC “T Plus” is not working well. We need to talk about this openly. We need to analyze and develop a preparation program for next year’s heating season. We need to involve the prosecutor’s office. There is no task to punish anyone, we need to get things done. There were far fewer accidents in 2022 than in 2023/2024. PJSC “T Plus” is performing poorly, something needs to be changed. For me, work is measured by the number of accidents. I’m waiting for an analysis of accruals from PJSC. A huge number of requests from people. We will carry out this work with the prosecutor’s office, we will complete this work“, commented the governor of the Saratov region, Roman Busargin.
He also instructed the management of Saratov and the Saratovvodokanal municipal enterprise to develop a winter preparation program.
