Bryansk law enforcement officers uncovered a theft from the territory of a non-operating wholesale warehouse. Having broken into a metal door into a locked room, the attacker stole a sofa and a two-meter plaster cast. The amount of damage exceeded 33 thousand rubles.
Police have identified a suspect in the theft. An 18-year-old resident of the regional center has already been convicted. The young man had his eye on an unguarded base in advance. At night, armed with a crowbar, he climbed into the half-empty room. There he only liked the sofa and the statue. He asked a friend to help move the stolen goods, concealing the criminal origin of the things.
The stolen property was found by law enforcement officers in the intruder’s apartment and returned to its rightful owner. The defendant was charged under two articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
