Deputies of the Council of Deputies of the city of Murmansk accepted the report of the head of the municipality Igor Morar on the results of work in 2023. 23 deputies voted for the adoption of the report, one against.

During the meeting, the mayor reported on the implementation of socially significant projects, current activities, as well as the tasks facing the municipality. In particular, he said that the transition from a two-headed to a single-headed model of governance in Murmansk will take place in the new convocation of the Council of Deputies.
