To develop participants in a special military operation, a special program “Time of Heroes” is being implemented.
Testing for the first project participants has already begun. Direct registration to the assessment point for taking the test for the “Time of Heroes” program in Volgograd will open on May 15.
Those participants who were unable to pass the test due to performing tasks in the SVO zone can be tested until the end of 2024 while on vacation at RANEPA branches. It is at this site that permanent remote assessment points will operate.
The test objectives are specially designed to optimally determine a fighter’s management potential. Participants and authors of the program are confident that military personnel have enormous potential in management issues, including in peaceful life. They are distinguished by the speed of decision-making, which was developed in the conditions of the Northern Military District and can be used in civilian life.
Thus, one of the first test participants, serviceman Vladislav, believes that fighters are distinguished by “the ability to quickly find a solution, quickly and clearly set tasks for personnel. After all, your life and the lives of your comrades depend on the speed of making the right decision.”
In addition, military personnel are distinguished by high responsibility.
“These are people who will definitely devote themselves to serving for their country both in battle and in civilian life with all their soul and all their heart,” added a selection participant named Alexander. He believes that each fighter has a special sense of responsibility for the decisions made.
Let us remind you that the development program “Time of Heroes” is aimed at training highly qualified leaders from among the participants in a special military operation for further work in state and municipal authorities, as well as in government agencies. Military personnel will study modern management methods and technologies, features of teamwork and personal development. The program is being implemented on behalf of the President of Russia in the branches of RANEPA on the basis of the Senezh Management Workshop.
