The prosecutor’s office of the Sovetsky district of Tula organized an investigation into the fact that a tree fell on the building of the regional education center. This was reported by the press service of the supervisory agency.
It was established that the tree fell from the yard of the house on S. Perovskaya Street, 49. It is managed by Management Company Tsentralnaya LLC. As a result of the incident, a fence was broken and glass in a window was broken. There were no casualties.
During the inspection, prosecutors will assess the Criminal Code’s compliance with legislation on maintaining courtyards. Including timely inspection and crowning of trees located in the serviced area.
