Singer Grigory Leps will open a karaoke bar in St. Petersburg, the consulting company for the lease deal, NF Group, announced this on April 25.
The establishment will begin operating in the summer of 2024 at the address: Konyushennaya Square, 2. According to Leps Bar representative Sergei Belyaev, it will combine several formats: karaoke, cocktail bar and night club. Visitors are promised cuisine from chef Antonio Frez and a signature cocktail menu. The singer is one of the co-owners of the gastronomic project; the names of his partners are not mentioned.
Currently, the bar of the same name is presented in Novosibirsk, and is expected to open in Moscow and Krasnoyarsk by the end of the year.
The building in which Grigory Leps’ bar will be located was built in 1860 and has the status of an architectural monument of federal significance. Previously, it housed the Court and Stable Department. Since 1930, it was used as a bus depot and later as a taxi depot, the NF Group recalls.
