A piece of Italy in the very heart of Vladimir. The new pizzeria began to welcome guests

Italy inspires! In a country with an impressive cultural foundation, everything is beautiful: fashion, cars, architecture, music and, of course, food. You can now fully experience the amazing atmosphere of the sunny region in Vladimir. Its new gastro project “Monty” is broadcast in the heart of the regional capital. On April 22, the pizzeria began accepting guests, and Klyuch-Media could not ignore the tempting aroma of Italian coffee.

Finding a new establishment is very easy, because all roads one way or another lead to Rome. It was located on the site of the “Vienna Coffee House” at the address: st. Bolshaya Moskovskaya, 44. Instead of the previous location, its creators decided to give the city a larger-scale and interesting project, the kitchen and design of which can be appreciated by anyone.

“Our main task was to convey the Italian atmosphere, taste, and joy of life in a sunny country,” explains manager Olga Efremova. — We decided that this concept would fit perfectly here. We checked this at the starting opening on Monday, April 22. The first day passed calmly, without performances. Some just came in and got to know each other, others tried our first breakfast or dinner. Feedback was collected from each table – all the responses were good. Naturally, we continue to study the needs of guests, process feedback, and grow thanks to this. The formation of a project is a long process that requires accompanying changes, and it is very important to show flexibility in this matter.”

A spacious room, a high beautiful ceiling, muted colors that are pleasing to the eye, wood and a lot of light – the interior makes the most positive impression. Very stylish and discreet. An important feature is the open kitchen, which is located in the middle of the hall. Another unusual design solution is the open bar. Guests can watch not only how dishes are prepared, but also how drinks are mixed and created.

Speaking of the Monty menu. It is replete with numerous items, among which pizza takes pride of place. According to Olga, the Neapolitan miracle is based on its own sourdough dough. There is also a variety of gourmet starters, breakfasts, salads and soups, pastas and risotto to choose from. Every step in the kitchen is controlled by Vladimir chef Daniil Yakushev.

By the way, it is possible that the menu will soon be greatly reduced, thereby allowing us to focus on refining basic Italian dishes and bringing them to perfection. This is precisely the question of project flexibility. Original gastronomic solutions will soon appear, which, as “Monty” promises, no one in the city has yet tried.

The drink list of a new pizzeria is a separate form of art. The best cavist of Russia in 2023, Elena Krutova, helped with its preparation. There is an accompaniment for every dish, Italian cocktails, aperitifs and digestifs.

By the way, you will soon be able to sip them on the summer veranda while listening to an Italian playlist. In general, the format of the establishment is quite intimate – 44 seats in the hall and 22 in the summer house, but with all the comfort it will allow in the future to hold gastronomic events of various levels at its base. In the meantime, connoisseurs of classics, Italian cuisine and moderation in design have an excellent opportunity to form a personal impression of the new concept in the first stages of its formation.
