Teply Stan – Sobyanin: A school and kindergarten will be built in the Danilovsky district of Moscow

An area of ​​9.37 hectares will be reorganized.

“Comprehensive development awaits the area between Derbenevskaya embankment, Letnikovskaya and Kozhevnicheskaya streets – not far from the Paveletskaya metro station and Paveletsky station,” Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin wrote in his Telegram channel.

The work will be carried out on an area of ​​9.37 hectares. The result will be another modern city block. There will be residential buildings, social and public-business facilities, including an educational complex, including a school for 700 students and a kindergarten for 350 children, and an innovative educational college. There will also be a hotel with a thousand rooms with a sports and recreation complex, offices, bank branches, shops, cafes and restaurants.

In addition, the surrounding area will be landscaped and the road network will be developed. This will make the new area comfortable for living and working. The urban planning potential of the reorganized territory is 257.8 thousand square meters of real estate. As a result of the project, about 3.4 thousand jobs will be created.

The Moscow government has approved and is already in the implementation stage of 77 projects for the integrated development of territories with a total area of ​​more than a thousand hectares. It is planned to build over 19.5 million square meters of real estate on the reorganized sites. As a result, more than 196 thousand jobs will be created.
