It was established that in January 2023, land plots owned by the Ozernovsky rural settlement were transferred to the permanent (indefinite) use of the MBU “Customer Service for the Maintenance of Cemeteries”. The institution carried out cadastral work on the division of one of the plots, and also initiated public discussions on changing the functional zone and the permitted use of these lands.
As the audit showed, the transfer of land by the administration of the Ozernovsky rural settlement to the MBU “Customer Service for the Maintenance of Cemeteries” contradicted the goals and subject of the statutory activities of the institution. The Ivanovo interdistrict prosecutor’s office filed protests against the resolutions of the head of the settlement.
Public discussions on amendments to the General Plan, Land Use and Development Rules for the Ozernovsky rural settlement were held in violation of the established procedure. In this regard, the Ivanovo interdistrict prosecutor’s office filed a reprimand against the head of the Ivanovo municipal district.
In addition, the regional prosecutor’s office was involved in the case brought by residents of Bibirevo, Ozerny and nearby SNT, which is being considered by the Ivanovo Regional Court.
