Today, April 25, at about 07:20, employees of the Bryansk State Traffic Inspectorate received information about a suspicious man relaxing on the lawn near one of the alcohol markets. Next to him was a motorcycle.

Upon arrival, no one was found at the indicated address, but soon a motorcyclist with similar characteristics came to the attention of the police. He ignored the request of traffic police officers to stop, during the chase he drove the red light three times and drove into the oncoming lane. This was reported to the city traffic police department,

As a result, the offender was stopped near house No. 2 on Dzerzhinsky Street. The motorcycle was driven by a 41-year-old resident of Cheboksary. He explained that he was passing through Bryansk and traveling to Belarus.

The biker refused to undergo a medical examination and admitted to drinking strong alcohol the day before. In his hometown, he had already refused to undergo examination twice – in February and April. It also turned out that the motorcycle was not registered in the prescribed manner.

A number of administrative protocols were drawn up for the traveler. The motorcycle was parked in a parking lot.
