TOMSK, April 25 – RIA Tomsk. The air will warm up on Thursday afternoon in Tomsk to plus 4-6 degrees; Precipitation in the form of snow and rain is possible, according to the website of the regional hydrometeorological center.
“In Tomsk (on Thursday) cloudy with clearings. Light precipitation in the form of snow and rain. North wind 3-8 meters per second… Temperature during the day plus 4-6 degrees,” forecasters inform.
No significant precipitation is expected over most of the region; light snow and rain are forecast in the east. In some areas there are ice and frost phenomena. North wind 3-8 meters per second, gusts up to 13 meters per second in places. Thermometer readings will fluctuate between 2-7 degrees Celsius.
