From April 13 to June 13, the Owner’s Day project is being implemented in Samara and the region. During this period, management organizations will hold house-wide meetings of owners with voting in absentia using the GIS housing and communal services system. Owners will be able to familiarize themselves with the agenda, study the materials and vote in the “Gosuslugi.Dom” application or in the personal account of the GIS Housing and Communal Services at a convenient time.
According to the Samara administration, owners of apartments in buildings in which management organizations will conduct electronic voting as part of Owner’s Day will receive a letter from State Services. The start of voting will be notified in the “Government Services.Home” application.
Using the service, the owner of the house in which the voting is taking place will be able to familiarize themselves with the agenda and attached materials, and on the dates of the meeting, vote for the chosen decision.
The duration of the meeting can range from seven to 60 days. The system will count votes automatically based on the data posted in it about the owners and area of the premises. The voting results can be seen in the “Government Services.Home” application or in the personal account of the GIS Housing and Communal Services.
The minutes of the meeting will also be sent to the owners in the State Services mailing list.
