Nizhny Novgorod entrepreneurs can open an account with VTB remotely

Entrepreneurs from Nizhny Novgorod can open an account without visiting a bank office from April 15. As VTB notes, scaling the on-site work model will increase the share of remotely opened accounts by 1.5 times.

“Remote service significantly saves the client’s time and increases the availability of banking products for entrepreneurs from all localities, including those where there are no bank branches. The demand for this convenient and reliable channel is growing – today every tenth business owner opens an account with VTB without visiting the office, and by the end of the year we plan to attract over 30 thousand new business clients in this way,” noted Spartak Solonin, head of the corporate digital business department – Senior Vice President of VTB.

The field service service has been available to VTB medium and small business clients since 2019. You can use it by leaving a request on the website or by calling the bank’s hotline. A field service employee will arrive at the specified address at a convenient time and sign documents with the client for opening an account and remote banking services. Thanks to the expansion of geography, the service will be available in cities, including those where there are no service offices for legal entities.

Also, by expanding the products provided through the on-site service, VTB plans to continue developing remote services.
