At about 3 o’clock in the morning, a squad of the Russian Guard drove along the street. Northern and drew attention to the Toyota car. The car’s bumper was damaged and was dragging on the asphalt; the driver violated the traffic rules.

“The Russian Guard immediately demanded that the man who was driving stop on the side of the road. The foreign car was driven by a Vologda resident born in 1986; he had a strong smell of alcohol and his speech was incoherent. He did not provide documents for the car or a driver’s license and said that the car belonged to his friend, who was also in the car,” — said the press service of the Russian Guard in the Vologda region.

Later, the National Guard found out that the car did not belong to the passenger of the foreign car, but to another Vologda resident. A few hours earlier, this car caused an accident on one of the city streets and fled the scene.

Private security officers called the traffic police and handed the offender over to the police.
