In the Molzhaninovsky district it is planned to implement a project for the construction of an industrial production facility. This was announced by the Chairman of the Committee on Architecture and Urban Planning of the City of Moscow (Moskomarkhitektura), which is part of the Complex of Urban Planning Policy and Construction of Moscow, Yuliana Knyazhevskaya.
The construction of the facility at the address: Novoshodnenskoye Highway, land plot 5A, will be carried out by the Strana Development Group of Companies.
“On a land plot of 3.37 hectares, an industrial building with a total area of 38 thousand square meters will be erected at the expense of the investor. The adjacent territory will be landscaped,” noted Yuliana Knyazhevskaya.
The city provided the land plot for the construction of the enterprise to the investor as part of the implementation of a large-scale investment project. It will house production companies of the modern light industrial format, in which all business processes are carried out under one roof.
“The facility will be built through private investment as part of a program to stimulate the creation of places of employment. As a result, an industrial production facility will appear in the north of the capital, which will unite several companies producing clothing, tools, furniture, building materials, pumping equipment, pipeline fittings and other products. About a thousand jobs will be created at these enterprises,” said Anatoly Garbuzov, deputy head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy.
