The driver of a Gazelle in Tomsk hit a teenager crossing the road at a zebra crossing

The teenager fell under the wheels of a Gazelle while crossing the road at a pedestrian crossing in Tomsk, the regional Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reports. The boy was taken to the hospital.

The accident occurred on April 25 at about 14:40 on Belinsky Street, 29. A Gazelle car driven by a 42-year-old man hit a pedestrian.

“According to preliminary data, a 15-year-old boy was crossing the road at an unregulated pedestrian crossing. As a result of the incident, a minor with injuries was taken to a medical facility,” the report says.

Traffic police officers are conducting an inspection.
