The new management model will work in the new convocation of the Council of Deputies. The head of the municipality, Igor Morar, announced this during a work report.

“The main changes that were made to the city charter last year concern the transition from a two-headed model of municipal management to a single-headed one. They boil down to the fact that the head of the city district is elected by a representative body from among the candidates presented by the competition commission.
