Tula. 25th of April. INTERFAX – More than 6 thousand guests from different Russian regions gathered at the festival of creative industries in the creative industrial cluster “Octava” in Tula, the press service of the institution reported.

A performance, public talk with representatives of other clusters, lectures on effective communications, art, acting, master classes, and creative meetings with actors were organized for visitors. Regional manufacturers presented their products at the fair.

It was also possible to visit the new exhibition “Prolandscape”, which opened in early April in partnership with the gallery-workshop GROUND Solyanka. The festival ended with a large concert of modern music.

The Oktava cluster, which opened six years ago, has become one of the important tourist spots not only on the cultural map of Tula, but also the country. “Over the past years, the cluster has become an integral part of the appearance of the center of Tula, a modern urban space for active, creative people,” noted the region’s governor, Alexey Dyumin, in his congratulations.

According to General Director Dmitry Barsenkov, the purpose of Octava’s existence is not commercial gain, but the development of people. An important result of the year can be called the emergence of creative communities in the cluster, for example, a teenage film club, the youth project “Octava_U” and a negotiation club.
