The capital’s authorities have put up for auction a building and two premises for commercial use in the east of the capital. This was announced by the Minister of the Moscow Government, Head of the Department of City Property Maxim Gaman.
“The city offers investors at auction real estate of various formats for opening or expanding a business. These are both separate buildings and premises on different floors of buildings. Now, in the east of the capital, three objects with a total area of 982.4 square meters have been put up for auction. All of them have a free purpose,” said Maxim Gaman.
Two premises can be used, for example, for a warehouse or a medical services center. One of them with an area of 389.5 square meters is located in the Perovo district at the address: Martenovskaya street, building 3. The second with an area of 489 square meters is located in the Preobrazhenskoye district at the address: Prostornaya street, building 14, building 1.
In addition, a one-story building with an area of 103.9 square meters was put up for auction in the Vostochnoye Izmailovo district at the address: Nizhnyaya Pervomaiskaya Street, building 47, building 2. It is suitable for placing a small grocery store, pharmacy or order pick-up point.
“Both individuals and business representatives can take part in the auction. To do this, you need to register on the trading platform, obtain an electronic signature, make a deposit of 20 percent of the initial cost of the lot and submit an application for participation. Acceptance of applications from potential buyers, depending on the lot, will close on May 8, 13 and 15. The auction will take place on the Roseltorg electronic platform on May 22, 23 and 27, respectively,” added Dmitry Ryabov, General Director of the City Property Management Center.
