The final of the annual competition “Young in Librarianship 2024” took place in Kurgan. The V. Mayakovsky Library summed up the results and chose the best representative among young specialists. The Kurgan Library Information System reported this on its social networks.
Four participants submitted competitive events that they conducted for readers to the competent jury; they also shared their stories about how they came to work in the library.
According to the results of the competition, she took first place Tatyana Blynskaya from the “Dialogue” library (she was also awarded the Audience Award), in second place are two girls: Olga Makarova from the library named after M. Gorky and Alina Bazhina from the library named after N. Krupskaya. Closed the top three Anastasia Kheilik from the library named after L. Kulikov.
It should be noted that thanks to young library specialists, bright ideas are realized and brought to life, which are gladly supported by city residents.
