Marking lines are being updated at pedestrian crossings on central streets. This was reported by Mayor of Kaluga Dmitry Denisov.

So the color of the coating will become brighter on the streets of Kirov, Lenin, Plekhanov, as well as on Peace Square. By the end of May, about 15,000 square meters of road markings will be applied. In total, 58,000 square meters will be renovated in 2024.

“The brigades are fully staffed, the schedules have been set. By May 9, the city will have fresh markings,” – noted the mayor.

It takes specialists approximately 30 minutes to update markings that have already been drawn. However, if you draw the lines from scratch, it will take more than two hours.

Earlier, workers cleaned up curbs and fences on Kaluga streets.
