Irina Vagina took over the post of Deputy Minister of Culture of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, starting on April 25. Before this, the woman worked as deputy director at the Nizhny Novgorod Philharmonic. Regional Minister of Culture Natalya Sukhanova announced the personnel changes in her Telegram channel.

According to Sukhanova, the woman has serious experience in legal and legal work in commercial organizations. For example, at the Philharmonic, Vagina led the legal work and the purchasing commission, and was also involved in monitoring the current legislation. In addition, the new deputy minister has constantly improved her qualifications in cultural management.
